The backside surface finish is really critical for molding machines..  Nickel is not an ideal conductor of a heat. It is important to have good contact between stamper and mirror face of the mold. For this reason uniformity between ID & OD becomes an important issue. DGT P69 provides uniform stress free stamper finishing that leads perfection in molding process.
