Preparation Bench
The Preparation Bench is designed to for pre and post treatment included in the plating process of optical disks. The bench consists of:
•One rinse sink with rotating plate (rotation speed 0-300RPM)
•One tank for electrolytical decreasing a teflon lined heater for temperature control
•An area for assembly and disassembly the mounting plate
Coating Bench
The coating bench is designed to protect the stamper surfaces. In order to protect the stampers from handling a water based lacquer is applied to the disk surface. Both punched and unpunched stampers are coated. A rotation unit is used to dry the lacquer layer.
