The DGT PD Stamper Tester has been designed as a test system for CD stampers. The following parameters can be tested:

•Asymmetry
•Uncorrectable
•Radial Noise
•Crosstalk
•Push pull
•I3/Itop
•I11/Itop
The system keeps record of the minimum, maximum and current values of important parameters which are displayed during the measurement. These parameters can also be displayed plotted together with the limits prescribed by the RED BOOK or the user. The system software runs under windows.
